The Campagnolo Chorus 11-Speed cassette uses steel for all eleven cogs. The six largest cogs are held in sets of 3 on an aluminum carrier to save weight. To keep the Campagnolo Chorus 11-Speed cassette looking good, Campy nickel plates the steel cogs for a durable finish. The Campagnolo Chorus 11-Speed cassette includes an aluminum lockring. Campagnolo Chorus 11-speed cassettes work only with Campagnolo 11-Speed chains, derailleurs, and shifters. Most 10-speed Campagnolo-compatible hubs will accept an 11-Speed cassette, with the exception of Mavic and a few others, which will require a new freehub body.
